• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Platform Usage

MultiverseArt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Uploading or distributing harmful or malicious software.

3. Interaction with NFTs and MVART Tokens

When interacting with NFTs and MVART tokens on the platform, you agree to the following:

• You understand and acknowledge the risks associated with blockchain technology, including potential loss of digital assets.
• Transactions involving NFTs and MVART tokens are irreversible and final.
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of your digital wallet and private keys.
• Multiverse Art does not provide financial or investment advice.

4. Identity NFTs

Identity NFTs represent an artist’s entire body of work and are securely stored on the blockchain. By minting or purchasing an Identity NFT, you agree to the following:

• The Identity NFT will encompass all past, present, and future works of the artist.
• Ownership of the Identity NFT grants you the right to showcase the artist’s work within the terms specified by the artist.
• Multiverse Art reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Identity NFT.

5. Virtual Galleries

Virtual Galleries are digital spaces where artists can display their work. By using Virtual Galleries, you agree to the following:

• You will not upload or display any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You grant Multiverse Art the right to display your work in Virtual Galleries for promotional purposes.
• Multiverse Art reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Proof of Curation

Proof of Curation allows community members to stake MVART tokens on favorite artworks, providing liquidity for expert curators to evaluate and certify each piece. By participating in Proof of Curation, you agree to the following:

• Staking MVART tokens does not guarantee financial returns.
• Curated artworks are subject to verification and validation by expert curators.
• Rewards for curation participation are distributed at the discretion of Multiverse Art.

7. Community Engagement

Multiverse Art encourages community engagement through discussions, challenges, and events. By participating in community activities, you agree to the following:

• You will engage respectfully and constructively with other members.
• You will not post or share any content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Multiverse Art reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates these terms.

8. Marketplace

The Multiverse Art Marketplace allows for the buying, selling, and trading of NFTs. By using the Marketplace, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring the legality and authenticity of the NFTs you buy, sell, or trade.
• All transactions are conducted on the blockchain and are final and irreversible.
• Multiverse Art is not responsible for any disputes arising from Marketplace transactions.

10. Modification to the terms

Multiverse Art reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

Multiverse Art reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to other users or the platform.
